FAQ – frequently asked questions

To log in, you need a username or a RIU Class account. With your access data, you can log into RIU-Shop at the top of the page, in the ‘RIU Class’ log-in tab.

Once you have logged in, the system will recognise your card and will display all of the corresponding data, including your benefits or sales in our RIU-Shop as a RIU Class member, where appropriate. You will be able to see your current balance, available to you while you browse the RIU-Shop. You will also find you have available various payment methods, such as paying with points, paying with money, or a combination of the two.

Once you have logged in, the system will recognise your card and will display all of the corresponding data, which includes your benefits or sales in our RIU-Shop as an agent, where appropriate. You will be able to see your current balance, available to you while you browse the RIU-Shop. You will also find you have available various payment methods, such as paying with points, paying with money, or a combination of the two.
You can pay for your order exclusively with RIU points (subject to availability), which of course includes delivery costs. Should you not have sufficient RIU points in your account to make the desired order, we also offer an intermediate alternative: pay part of the order with points and the remainder with any of the possible payment options.
RIU points are our own currency, if you like. A RIU point is a virtual currency, although it does not have an exact equivalency to any national currency.
